Maria Irene Xavier Gamboa Graduated in Languages and Management from Faculdade Portuense – Portugal, holding a major in Teaching, Translation and Interpreting of the English Language. Eleven years’ experience in an English-speaking country (South Africa). Attended upgrading English courses in Brazil and abroad, eg. CPE and ARELS from Cambridge University. Extensive experience as an English teacher, translator and interpreter since 1983, working in Language Schools such as Cultura Inglesa and ISLA - Portugal as well as companies in Brazil and abroad.
